If you lot want to use a custom picture show, the easiest style is using the Xbox App. If you want to apply the Normal ones (which I assume not), you can change it from your Xbox.

Best way is to log into your Xbox app and upload a photo that fashion, you tin do information technology past logging in to your Microsoft live account and going to your xbox profile but that is a lot harder and fashion more steps to practice it that way.

I'm not sure why they have inverse it friend, only here are means to change information technology:
Changing your Xbox Ane gamerpic
Every profile gets a gamerpic, the picture shown next to your gamertag. Yous can change it whenever the mood strikes. Or, upload a custom image of your own.
To alter your gamerpic:
- Printing theXbox button on your controller to open the guide.
- SelectSign in, choose your profile, then selectMy profile.
- SelectCustomize profile >Change gamerpic.
- Choose a gamerpic.
Make your avatar your gamerpic
To take a motion picture with your avatar:
- Printing theXbox button on your controller to open up the guide.
- SelectSign in, choose your profile, then selectMy profile.
- SelectCustomize contour >Edit avatar.
- Printing theMenu push on your controller and selectTake a photograph.
- Switch between theAnimationsandGroundworktabs to select the pose you want.
- Position your avatar on your chosen background.
- Select theView push on your controller to take a picture of your avatar.
- SelectSave as gamerpic.
Note
You can also selectEmail film to email the gamerpic to your Microsoft account.

To upload a custom image, connect a USB device with a JPG or PNG image on it. Y'all can also grab an image from OneDrive (available in the Microsoft Store nether Apps) if y'all have it installed on your console.
Note
Custom images are only bachelor for adult Microsoft accounts.

I merely alter it using the app on my phone. You tin select to Edit your profile and then Customize it, and you can select your picture and cull to upload one from your phone.
